WHY TITLE SERVICES ARE NECESSARY

Old Tampa Bay Title provides title insurance to purchasers of real estate. As experienced real estate attorneys, we give you peace of mind. We can assure you that your title insurance policy will be free and clear of any encumbrances. However, if any encumbrances are identified, we ensure through representation, that your title insurance will cover costs, up to the purchase price of the property.

Owner's Title Insurance

The owner’s policy assures a purchaser that the title to the property is vested in that purchaser and that it is free from all defects, liens and encumbrances except those listed as exceptions in the policy or are excluded from the scope of the policy’s coverage.

Lenders Title Insurance

The title is what gives a buyer ownership of property. As the buyer, your lender will require a clean title – free of liens for back taxes, free of easements and free from claims of other ownership.

Title Insurance Refinances

When you are refinancing you can save on title insurance with reissue rates. Reissue rates are discounts off the standard premiums charged on title insurance policies.

Title Insurance New Construction

New Construction properties need title insurance too.
